TGIF

This week has been a LONG week. And for some reason I have struggled with almost all of my runs. I just looked at an article though I think I might have figured out why. I don't think I was eating enough. I was averaging 1400 calories daily and from what I have gathered I should be eating closer to 2000 calories. And more carbs (!) However, it's hard to eat more calories when you are eating "good" food. I could eat McDonald's and donuts and easily get 2000 calories quickly but I know that's going to help me. Lately, like I said I have been eating more fruits and veggies. Also this week I have eaten a lot of chicken! Still trying to figure it all out.


This is exactly how I have felt about this week!
